       In the meeting the spirit of Poly SinoLight Operation Analysis Meeting in the third quarter was conveyed, and the production and operation and financial capital situation of Haisum In the first three quarters was summarized and work report of each subsidiary on operation, completion of development and reform tasks, key work of the fourth quarter and target expectation of next year were presented.

       Zhao Guoang, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman, and Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and President from Haisum Group attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. Members of the leading group of Haisum Group, heads of relevant departments of the headquarter, and main heads of Shanghai and other subsidiaries attended the meeting.

       During the meeting the principals of Shanghai Jingyue Information Technology Company were specially invited to make a special training entitled “Breakthrough, Leading Business -- Cultivating business Leadership”.

 Risk Management, Legal and Regulation Compliance Conference

       In the conference, Haisum Group risk management work and case disputes were reported and corporate compliance requirements, risk and compliance management system were announced. Heads of each subsidiary reported overall situation of risk management and the general legal counsel reported annual work regarding legal and compliance.

       Professional layer training section was also organized in the meeting.
