       On March 7, 2021, Zhu Hongbing, Chairman of Cevia Enviro Inc., Chen Yu, Chairman of Cevia Enviro Energy, and Li Jun, General Manager of Wokeman visited our company and had communication and discussion regarding domestic and international market prospect, equipment manufacturing and diversified business cooperation space of waste-to-energy projects, together Luo Jun, general manager and above-middle level managers of environment and energy department of GDE.

       Cevia Enviro Inc is a listed environmental company controlled by Henan Investment Group. Its business involves harmless disposal and resource utilization of various low-value wastes such as household and kitchen waste and municipal sludge; investment, construction and intelligent operation of urban water supply, sewage and clean heating projects; investment, construction and operation of transportation facilities such as expressway and supporting industries; and professional services such as engineering design and consulting.

       In recent years, Cevia Enviro Inc and our company have conducted deep and extensive cooperation in consultation, engineering design, engineering general contracting and other aspects of waste-to-energy project. The communication among senior-level management of each party will promote further cooperation and development in more sectors and markets. At present, our company has a number of waste-to-power projects in Southeast Asia under construction or operation. It is hoped that these project will act as bridgehead for the business of Cevia Enviro Inc in Southeast Asia for further development.
