Sinolight Group Chief Economic Manager, Secretary of Party Committee and Board Chairman of Haisum Holdings, Zhao Guoang and His Team Visited GDE for Investigation Edit Date:2020/07/30

       From 9th to 11th July, Zhao Guoang, Sinolight Group Chief Economic Manager, Secretary of Party Committee and Board Chairman of Haisum Holdings, Chen Rongrong, CEO and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Haisum Holdings, Li Yimin, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Committee of Haisum Holdings, Lin Lin, Member of Party Committee, CFO, Secretary of Board of Haisum Holdings and Board Chairman of GDE, Zhou Yuan, Member of Party Committee, EVP and General Manager of Haisum Holdings, Chen Zhiming, EVP of Haisum Holdings and all leaders of administrative departments of Haisum Holdings visited GDE as a team for investigation.
       On 10th July morning, an investigation and report conference was held in GDE chaired by Zhang Qing, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of GDE. GDE leaders participated in the conference and reported to the leaders of Haisum Holdings.

       General Manager Zhang Qing, on behalf of GDE leader team, reported to the leaders of Haisum Holdings in aspect of company profile, development environment, development thinking (the Fourteen Five-Year Plan) as well as development suggestion on Haisum Holdings. He mentioned the history of GDE, organization chart, administrative and HR resource situation, personnel training system, legal and risk control and party development; recalled operation status such as contract value signed, rate of successful bidding, asset and financial condition from 2016 to 2019; analyzed domestic and global environment of various industries involved in GDE’s business; overlooked the positioning and development idea of company during the Fourteen Five-Year Plan; and presented suggestion about Haisum Holdings development.
       Leaders of Haisum Holdings made speech for communication and presented their comments against the report from GDE.
       CEO Chen Rongrong mentioned 3 points of requirement regarding development of GDE: 1.Based on developing environmental industry, input to traditional industries should be increased to achieve their secondary rising referring traditional industry development of other subsidiaries;2.Digital transformation should be accelerated to fully utilize BIM system of GDE and EIM center of Haisum Holdings, to achieve intelligence;3.Opportunities of Great Bay Area should be caught. Investigation on new capital construction, intelligent manufacturing, modern service and ecology construction should be properly done and an proper entry point should be found.
       Chairman Zhao Guoang, made an important instruction that, this investigation was a journey of learning, exploring and jointly innovation. He presented that his confidence was enhanced and he was full of expectation on the great future after communicating with various subsidiaries from Beijing, Changsha, Chengdu to Guangzhou now. He fully affirmed the rapid development made by GDE in recent years because of outstanding achievement, clear development idea, excellent personnel structure and hardworking of staff. He instructed three development directions: Stepping over, Shaping and Integration, as strategy, to GDE for future development.
       Firstly Stepping over, should be implemented continuously based on high quality development in accordance with the requirements of scale, benefit, efficiency, safety, environment, risk control, sustainability and so forth. Benefit from rapid development of GDE should be sufficiently used to enhance innovation, improve technology platform, build a better stage for personnel training, explore new management mode, follow national policy “The Belt and Road”, catch opportunities from Great Bay Area, strengthen main business, firmly expand international market, develop full-process consultancy potential business, try the mixed ownership revolution and stimulate GDE’s high quality and stepping over type development.
       Secondly, for Shaping, it is required to compare to leader enterprises among the industry to learn their management mode and top-level design and refine GDE’s development idea and top-level design, including contract management, risk control, cost management, performance assessment, innovation mode, enterprise culture and so forth so that a performance mode of GDE can be shaped and developed to others even to Haisum Holdings for management optimization.
       Thirdly, vertical integration between parent company and subsidiaries and horizontal integration among subsidiaries should be enhanced in aspect of business, culture and others multi-integration to carry out “A Family and A Common Chess within Haisum”. Holding company will continuously strengthen headquarter management, build a complete control system, set up a common goal and form a consolidated management mode by integrating and absorbing properly the best systems and measures from the holding company and all subsidiaries.
       General Manager, Zhang Qing, on behalf of GDE appreciated the instructions from leaders of Haisum Holdings and stated that all work in 2020 would be accomplished according to the spirit demonstrated from the leaders of Haisum Holdings as well as “the Fourteen Five-Year Plan” as well as.
       On 10th afternoon, Leader Democratic Review Conference was held by Haisum Holdings to examine the performance of GDE leaders and to review the leader election including leader candidate democratic recommendation and investigation. Leader team, middle-level administrative staff and staff representative attended this conference.
       On 11th morning, leaders of Haisum Holdings interviewed the leaders (above middle level) of GDE.
       The Conference has released a new chapter of GDE development. With the support by leaders of Haisum Holdings, all GDE staff will carry out working concept “Advanced technology, high quality; sustainable improvement and high satisfaction by client”, and provide excellent service to domestic and international clients with high level standard and professional ethics.
